Deposits:
With every design you will be required to pay a fractional deposit on starting, this will be included with all quotations and will be deducted from the final cost. If you purchase a package and you then decide to cancel any time after the start of the build you will lose the deposit.
Payments:
When a web site is complete and it includes all of the information you have sent to Garno Design we will email you informing you that you have 14 Days to make the final payment. After 10 Days we will email you again informing you that you have 4 days to make the payment. If the payment is not made within 14 days the web site will be instantly removed from the web with out any consultation and will not be re instated until the payment is made.
Updates:
After completion of a design we give selected complimentary updates depending on the package. After the free updates have been used you will be required to purchase an updates package if you want further updates. Please Click Here for prices.
Self Updates:
Self updates are no longer available. For customers who already own a web site with self update terms we do not accept no liability for any mistakes made during self updates.
Usage:
Garno Design only create web sites in order to benefit companies and their online status. If any usage of content is placed on a web site using comment boxes Garno Design will not accept liability for any content but will take action towards removal of content if the item has been placed on against the companies own will and we will temporarily remove the web site if the company has published the content.
